The Genesis: A Vision Born Over Lunch (2009)

In 2009, at a modest restaurant in Alausa, Lagos, two friends sat down for what seemed like an ordinary lunch. Enahoro Akhile and Pastor Lawrence Ebhodaghe had no idea that their casual conversation would birth a movement that would touch thousands of lives across continents.

“What if we could create a circle of trusted friends?” Enahoro asked. “Not just any association, but one built on genuine friendship, mutual support, and a shared commitment to uplifting our communities back home in Edo State?”

This simple yet profound question sparked a vision that would transform from dream to reality. What began as a casual conversation soon became a purposeful vision: to create a circle of trusted friends united by the values of friendship, mutual support, communality, and a shared commitment to uplifting our communities back home.

The Foundation Years (2010-2011)

Fueled by passion, Enahoro and Pastor Lawrence shared their idea with a handful of like-minded friends who would become the founding pillars of ENFC:

• Late Anthony Ibhawoh – A man of wisdom and community spirit
• Jerry Arhewoh – Bringing organizational excellence
• Francis Omodiagbe – A voice for cultural preservation
• Emmanuel Imoisili – Financial acumen and integrity

The Historic First Meeting

In 2011, these visionaries held their maiden meeting at the Airport Hotel, Ikeja, marking the official birth of our robust journey. This wasn’t just another meeting—it was the beginning of a movement that would span continents and touch countless lives.

The Growth Phase (2011-2016)

As the vision grew, more vibrant and passionate-minded individuals joined our fold:

• Felix Arabomen – Community mobilization expert

The Search for Identity

As is common with most associations, in our early days, we faced the challenge of finding an identity that would stand the test of time. After several attempts at registration with different names, we finally secured our unique and meaningful identity: Esan Noble Friends Club.

This name has since become a symbol of:

The Transformation Era (2017-2020)

In 2017, we achieved a major milestone by incorporating as a legal entity with Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission. This formalized our commitment to:

Financial Stability

Over the years, the club has flourished both in membership and financial stability. Our success is anchored in the commitment, sacrifice, and shared vision of members who continuously invest their time, resources, ideas, and energy into the growth of the club and the welfare of one another.

From a small gathering of friends in Lagos, we have expanded our reach globally, proudly counting members across:
